Types

Fake eyelashes come in four different types: Natural, Full, Wispies, and Individual.

Natural

Natural fake eyelashes are much more delicate looking than other types. They are going to give you the boost in length and thickness that is perfect for an everyday look.

Full

These will be much thicker than Natural fake eyelashes. These might be too heavy for everyday wear, but they are great for photos to emphasize your eyes.

Wispies

These have a pattern of long and short lashes, giving you a layered look which is more dramatic and would be nice for a night out or date.

Individual

These come as individual or small groups of lashes rather than a complete strip of lashes. These do take longer to put on, but they allow you to customize your look and it appears much more natural.

How Do Fake Eyelashes Work?

Fake eyelashes are applied one at a time using a special, semi-permanent glue which will not irritate the eye or damage your natural lashes. There are different types of glue, in case you are allergic to certain ingredients. Getting fake eyelashes is completely pain free. They can be put on just for a special event, or the can be maintained year-round with touch ups every 3-4 weeks. Keep water away from your lashes for the first 12-24 hours. Water can weaken the adhesive before it is set and cause lashes to fall off.
